Are you coming in from out of town and need a place to stay or eat? The great thing about Fayetteville is that it packs in a lot, but any place you want to go is within a relatively short distance.
The Goddess Festival is in a fairly central location, so you could run up and down Dickson Street, which has it’s own personal ambiance. Run over to Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/6th Street (also known as Chicken Row) for any kind of chicken you could want, as well as Mexican, American, fast food and more. Go the other way and hit College Avenue for a wide variety of cuisine (up near the Mall you can find a load of sit-in restaurants as well). And if you need supplies, there’s a Wal-Mart in either direction as well as the Northwest Arkansas Mall, Target and Kohl’s to the north.
We also have a wide variety of hotels in the area, far more than we could list. You can search for hotels in Fayetteville, AR on Google or Bing and come up with a long list. Prices start in the $30 range to hundreds, just like in any other city, and we have several extended stay locations in the area.
If you want to fill your weekdays, we’re a historically rich area. We’ve got the Clinton House, Prairie Grove Battlefield Park and more. The Razorback Cinema has great seats and easy access. The surrounding towns of Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers and others have entertainment and education options of their own.
So if you’re thinking of coming in for March, you’ll have plenty of places to eat, to stay and to entertain yourself when you’re not at the Goddess Festival.
We hope to see you here!
