The Goddess Festival is produced entirely through the efforts of our volunteers. The Producers Circle is blessed to have dedicated people – - with a variety of professional skills – - working to bring this event to life each year. We invite you to be a part of this magical process.
We need the contribution of your time, talent, resources, energy, and ideas to ensure the future of this amazing annual gathering. Together we can continue to offer our community a space, a forum, an opportunity to celebrate the Divine Feminine in all creation – - and dare to hope for spiritual wholeness in the world.
We need help in the following areas:
1. Front Desk Sales and Information—These folk will be trained to run the cash register; take art sales; sell t-shirts and other festival products, etc. They will handle door entry fees for paid events. These volunteers will handle general festival questions. The info desk is the go-to place for just about all things festival. First aid box will be kept here as well as general office materials.
2. Ambassadors— These are docent type welcoming and information persons that will be floating around the venue to ‘meet and greet’ and answer questions. Outgoing, gracious, welcoming, they are the connective tissue that personally invites involvement and exploration of the festival for each person that comes through the door.
3. Facility Assistants— These volunteers help with the set-up and break-down of chairs and tables; special event programs; setting up audio visual equipment; hauling equipment; keeping track of supplies and equipment; custodial tasks; and the break-down of the festival at the end.
4. Hospitality and Receptions — These volunteers will help set up and maintain concession sales; help with scheduled receptions; collect food donations; do related shopping; and keep Hospitality Coffee Center cabinet running, stocked, and clean.
5. Work Shop Assistants—These are weekend and weeknight helpers trained to meet and greet workshop participants; introduce the workshop presenter; collect workshop fees if needed; record headcount of workshop participants; assist in securing presenter’s needs and/or requests.
6. Videographer and Photographer — We need someone to be at all scheduled performance events to take video, and someone to take candid and posed pictures throughout the festival.
7. Art Show Hanging and Maintenance — This volunteer team is fully staffed and trained. No further help is needed at this time. Let us know if you have interest here and we will contact you for future involvement.
