Our second festival will be held throughout the month of March 2010.
We will be located on the Fayetteville downtown square on the main floor of the East Square Plaza Building. (Click here for a map.)
This year’s theme is The Goddess Festival: The Journey Continues. We look forward to manifesting this theme in our art, music, and programs.
Submissions & Proposals
Art Show
Our 2009 art show was astounding. And that’s no understatement! We put out a call for art submissions and they came pouring in, every piece a powerful aspect of Goddess, Angel, or Amazon.
Of course, we want to do it again for 2010. So, start thinking about your own works of art and what you might create for this very special and well-attended art show. Men and women are welcome to submit. Acceptance is based primarily on relevance to the theme, The Goddess Festival: The Journey Continues.

Music
Last year, we auditioned submissions of music for our very own 2009 Goddess Festival compilation CD and it was fabulous! We even selected a theme song, “Amazon Warrior Princess” by Big Bad Gina. We want to do it again this year using our new 2010 theme, The Goddess Festival: The Journey Continues.
Men and women are welcome to submit. Acceptance is based primarily on relevance to theme.

Workshops and Presentations
We are accepting proposals from leaders, teachers, groups, and presenters. Ideas may include (but are not limited to) workshops, film viewings, discussions, craft sessions, classes, etc.
Some examples of workshops and presentations from our 2009 Festival are: Goddess Yoga, a Goddess Spirituality film series, discussion groups on creating ritual , handcrafting ritual and altar items, labyrinth walk, singing/chanting, drumming, journaling/writing, harvest/canning, dancing, and so much more.

Performances and Events
We put on quite a show last year! Several shows, actually, including a readers’ theater performance of Mendy Knott’s award-winning screenplay “Men Only” ; several concerts; dances, dance lessons, and dance performances; and more.
